Agency client records, private contact details, home addresses, next-of-kin information and financial records are not public listing fields. Access is controlled by agency membership and role. SOS recipients receive the message details selected by the administrator, including the meeting address when enabled.
Contact enquiries are saved privately for the site team. Please do not send ID documents, payment-card details or emergency reports through the contact form.
Your booking details, private messages and email preferences are visible only to the people who need them. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
